“ Children’s Treat ” is a program for children and parents alike. The show recounts folk tales with moral lessons and other activities to groups of young children. Entertaining and educational, the stories engage both the audience of student participants from local schools, and children watching at home. Each episode ends with a short discussion of the moral of each story, and an adventure designed to spur creativity, such as visits to the zoo, or opportunities for the children to draw their favorite characters.
